He left this corporate career to pursue his lifelong passion - renovating old homes
After immigrating from South America, Taahir's family established themselves in Philadelphia’s real estate market, acquiring several apartment buildings. Growing up, Taahir balanced school, full-time work, and collaborating with his father and brothers to manage their investment properties. Over time, he developed a passion for restoring old homes—bringing modern comforts while preserving their unique charm.
After many years in corporate America–working in aerospace defense and pharmaceutical industries, it was clear he felt the most fulfilled when he channeled his skills and energies in renovating homes for people who yearned for a meaningful update to their space. Taahir founded Greenheart Remodeling in 2023 and continues to take pride in creating welcoming spaces where people can truly feel at home.

Now based in West Mount Airy with his wife and their Goldendoodle Hound rescue, Taahir and his team bring both heart and craftsmanship to every project. For him, remodeling isn’t just about walls and finishes—it’s about creating a place that feels like home.
